Professor Richard Hay

Prof. Richard Hay has over 36 years of experience working in various academic institutions in India and abroad. He has worked as a faculty member and head of commerce in 7 government colleges, and as principal in both government and private colleges. During his tenure as principal, he was instrumental in obtaining NAAC accreditation, implementing developmental projects, and organizing events to honor dignitaries such as President Bharat Ratna Dr. Abdul Kalam. Prof. Hay has also served in various capacities for organizations supporting the intellectually handicapped, as well as donating medical equipment to serve poor patients.

Dr. T.P. Sethumadhavan (Director of Tech& Educational Services)

Dr. T.P. Sethumadhavan is a leading educational and career consultant in India with over 30 years of experience in senior-level positions in government and abroad. He is currently a Professor at the Transdisciplinary University of Health Sciences & Technology in Bengaluru and serves as the Director of Technical & Education Services at Bridg360, a social entrepreneurship company in Texas, USA. Dr. Sethumadhavan is also the Director of R&D at Skill FAVS and is a visiting scientist at prestigious universities around the world. He has published 42 books in English and Malayalam and is a regular columnist in leading dailies. His areas of interest and research include skill development, educational extension, agribusiness, food processing, and study abroad.

Nikhila Anilkumar (VP Global HR)

Nikhila Anil Kumar holds the position of Vice President, Global HR of Bridg360. She is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of experience in the legal and HR fields, both locally and internationally.Nikhila's expertise includes serving as a legal consultant in the Sultanate of Oman for more than a decade and being a Management Committee member, Academic Chairman, and Chairperson of various committees at Indian School Darsait, Oman. She is also an active member of several social and legal organizations, showcasing her commitment to community service and professional excellence. Currently, she practices law at District Court Thalassery, showcasing her diverse skill set and dedication to her profession.

Carissa Kepner , (US University Coordinator)

Carissa has worked in education for the past 14 years. After earning a BA in archaeology and an MA in museum studies she went on to work with all ages in both formal and informal education, taking on such roles as an academic advisor, tutor, education coordinator, scholarship manager, and a summer camp director. Currently, she serves as an executive assistant for a vice chancellor at a university in Colorado. She is dedicated to serving others and is a co-chair of a committee centered on assisting those currently and previously incarcerated with next career steps. In her free time, she enjoys reading, Dungeons and Dragons, and exploring the outdoors.

Arjun Mohan (Chief Technology officer)

Arjun is a Product Strategy Lead at Meta working on Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Metaverse products. He leads a team of strategists who help Meta responsibility innovate and build Metaverse products with Privacy, Integrity, Security, Equity and Accessibility in mind. He has 10+ years of experience working in or consulting for big tech companies including Meta, Uber, Microsoft, TikTok and more. He has also helped build large-scale legal, contract and procurement systems for the Texas government at the Health & Human Services Commission and Texas General Land office.

Anujan Varma (Director Relationship Management)

Anujan Varma is a versatile professional with extensive experience spanning various domains. Throughout his career, he has taken on special assignments and post-retirement roles that underscore my adaptability and dedication to ongoing growth. Notable highlights of his career include collaborating with government bodies in India on projects related to refinery controls and performance monitoring, as well as serving as a trainer and mentor for engineers in Nigeria. He has also been involved in educational roles, both online and in-person, and have authored papers on refinery technology and cultural heritage.Beyond his professional endeavors, he has pursued diverse interests such as South Indian Classical Music, photography, birdwatching, astronomy, and sports like cricket and badminton. He is an active learner, continually enhancing my skills through online courses and even authoring a book in Malayalam. His proficiency in computer programming and my commitment to combining technical expertise with personal passions make me a well-rounded and accomplished professional.

Dr.Vijaykumar Talluri ( Regional Head)

Dr.Vijaykumar Talluri is a Regional Head of Bridg360. He developed curriculum and analytical labs in Ethiopia universities and Eritea northeast Africa Asmara University and Eritrea institute of Technology in Africa he has industry academia collaborations with Bharathiar university, IT Mumbai,Gitam University, Kurustetra University, BHU University Banaras, Osmania university.He trains Engineering and pharmacy students and biotechnology and chemistry students with analytical training internships and projects for graduate and undergraduate students for their career development for research and abroad studies.He motivates University students towards career development goals and help them to achieve their goals.

Dr. T.P. Sasikumar

Dr. T.P. Sasikumar is a seasoned scientist with two decades of experience in the Space Department. He voluntarily retired in 2009 to pursue a career in academia and youth mentoring. With his impactful lectures reaching over 600,000 teachers and one million students, he has revolutionized learning and teaching methodologies. Dr. Sasikumar's influential holiday sessions, teacher training programs, and initiatives like Destination IAS and Mission CSAT have inspired countless individuals to pursue civil service careers. He is an innovative thought leader, author, and spiritual guide, dedicated to creating a balanced and purposeful life for students worldwide.

Dr. David Luquette

Dr. David Luquette is a chiropractor in Nacogdoches, Texas with 30 years of experience and has been voted Best of Chiropractors in Nacogdoches by readers choice since 2006. Dr. Luquette uses various techniques, including chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and corrective exercises.He takes active interest in various community based organization and also lectures locally and regionally and sponsors a community-based program called BREAD. Additionally, Dr. Luquette is a Designated Doctor for the State of Texas and a registered medical examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration since 2015.

Mr. M. RATNA PRABHU

M. RATNA PRABHU, a retired Research Engineer, dedicated 36 years to ATIRA in Ahmedabad, India, specializing in Energy Conservation in Textile Mills and Wet Processing Machines. Later, he focused on Research Management, intellectual property rights, and commercialization. As a Research Advisor at Ahmedabad Management Association, he organized Science Promotion Programs. With over 100 published papers and authorship of Heat Economy in Textile Mills, RATNA PRABHU received Honorary Fellowships from the Textile Association (India) in 1977 and the Gujarat Science Academy in 2006.

Dr Sasidharan

Dr. Sasidharan is a renowned medical professional currently working at Govt. General Hospital in Thalassery, Kannur, Kerala. During the pandemic, they served as the Nodal Officer for Covid Care. With a distinguished career, Dr. Sasidharan has held significant positions including State Treasurer of the Indian Medical Association, President of the Thalassery branch of IMA, and Chairman of IMA Academy of Medical Specialities. They have been recognized for their outstanding contributions, receiving accolades such as the best branch in social service activities at the national level. Dr. Sasidharan is also actively involved in various medical associations and is a respected member of the Grand Lodge of India.

Dr. Shaji Thomas

Dr. Shaji Thomas is a seasoned academic with over 30 years of experience in Graduate and Post Graduate level education. He holds a Ph.D. awarded in 1994 and has held various roles, including Assistant Professor, HoD, Dean, and Principal, at esteemed institutions across Karnataka and Kerala. His expertise spans Corporate Finance, International Finance, Investment Banking, Business Research Methods, Travel & Tourism, and Allied Health Sciences. He's a prolific researcher, author, and has guided Ph.D. students. Dr. Thomas has represented India internationally and is dedicated to quality education and social development.
